             The World Peace Cafe is located a mile outside the market town Pocklington and is run by              Madhyamaka Buddhist Centre.  Serving as a tranquil oasis everyone is welcome to enjoy the Cafe which is nested at the foot of the rolling Yorkshire Wolds.  All proceeds from the cafe are invested into the maintenance of the ancient estate which accommodates 40 acres of gardens and meadows that are rich with natural wildlife & beauty.
